Coop. David D. Coop announces his retirement effective April 30, 2008. Mr. Coop has served as an appointed Chapter 13 Trustee for the past thirteen years in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Prior to his service as trustee he specialized in bankruptcy law as a staff attorney to A.L.Tenney, Trustee from 1988 to 1995 and prior to 1988 in private practice in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
